Comments about ONE Plus 18V Cordless 10 in. Chain Saw (Bare Tool):

Bought this along with the ONE+ Recipricating Saw back on Oct. 12, 2012 but did not really use it until recently.

No comparison to my gas powered saw as far a performance (as would be expected), but it sure is handy for smaller stuff. Had some storm damage and needed to clean up branches still dangling up in the tree and it was much easier (& safer) using this instead of my bigger & heavier gas saw.

Saved about $10 vs. buying new and would not hesitate to buy reconditioned again from CPO as I'm real happy with all 4 tools I've purchased from them so far.

Comments about ONE Plus 18V Cordless 10 in. Chain Saw (Bare Tool):

Have owned for about 2 months, and trimmed up several cottonwood trees. Easily handles branches to 8 inches diameter. Light weight is a plus for hard to reach spots. Nice for moderate clean-up work, but don't expect to play lumberjack with this unit. Bar / chain assembly is a little awkward

Comments about ONE Plus 18V Cordless 10 in. Chain Saw (Bare Tool):

I'm using a saw for the first time, having lived in condos most of my adult life. This was a good deal and so far I'm very happy with my Ryobi 10". I don't have a big need, so I didn't invest in a big saw. This will do just fine, and contrary to some other comments I've seen, I have yet to find an oil leak.
