One World Technologies, Inc warrants its power tools with the following conditions:
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in your Ryobi power tool for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
How To Get Service
Just return the power tool, properly packaged and postage prepaid to a Ryobi Authorized Service Center. You can obtain the location of the Service Center nearest to you by contacting a customer service representative at 800-860-4050 or on-line through our Service Center locater at www.ryobitools.com. When you request warranty service, you must also present proof of purchase documentation (sales receipt/bill of sale). We will repair any faulty workmanship, and either repair or replace any defective part at our option. Work will be performed without charge to you. We will complete the work in a reasonable time, but in any case, within ninety days.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunctions, failure, or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repairs by other than Ryobi Authorized Service Centers. Ryobi makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of its power tools other than those specifically stated in this warranty.
Additional Limitations
Any implied warranty granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year from the date of purchase. Ryobi is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

My friends tell me that I am really good at most any do-it-yourselfer projects. Have owned several generations of most of my power tools, upgrading each time to something better. For the money, you just cannot do any better than these tools. Have owned the drill for a year and when my inexpensive reciprocating saw quit working I decided to buy this kit. You will not find a better deal and there are lots of other ONE tools if you want to branch out. Hope they keep making this same interchangeable system for a long time.

I do all kinds of work, from construction to DIY projects and needed a powerful, compact and complete set of battery operated tools. After much research, this Ryobi set had one of the best ratings, so I put it on my 'wish list'. This xmas I got it as a gift and I couldn't be happier! Comes in a nice portable bag, the batteries are powerful and last a good long time and every piece is easy to use. I would highly recommend this set to anyone who wants an all-in-one toolbag that will cover nearly every small to medium sized job - that based on the fact that, if you're cutting lots of wood, you'll probably want a bigger circular saw. Other than that, all the other tools are 'pro' and would work great for construction, etc.

i think ryobi makes a great product. I do manitiance and i use many of ryobis tools and have never had any probs,for the price you can not beat it. only thing i do not like is the drill is alittle buckly wish they had the new ones out abot a year ago thanks for the great products.

This combo pack exceeded my expectations: the little circ chomped through a lot more flooring than I expected it to before blowing out the battery; the recip saw does more or less any wood- or metal-cutting (with proper blades); the drill likewise.
It's an excellent set of tools for the homeowner.
Cons: the flashlight burns through batteries way quicker than you'd expect and bulbs break pretty easily (I'm working on an LED conversion for mine!). The drill doesn't have the speed or torque of a corded one, but that's to be expected.
The trigger release buttons aren't in the most ergonomic place, but they're not hard to reach.
Hint: If possible, run down one battery completely (switching between tools if necessary) while charging the other--it'll give better performance than running two tools on two batteries.

I've used this set to build chicken coops, home improvements, odd jobs, and countless random tasks around the house. This set was my first experience with ryobi and I was very surprised at the fine quality. These power tools are the first inexpensive tools I've owned that don't feel "cheap."
