The two cartons arrived quickly and all the tools are like new and work perfectly. There was a small attachment piece missing from the circular saw however, so I called CPO Ryobi and that’s when things got better. They immediately apologized for the missing piece and gave me a choice of returning the entire combo kit for a refund or re-shipment of new kit, or theywould contact the Ryobi factory and have the piece shipped from there directly to me, all at no cost to me whichever option I chose. Now that is GREAT service in my opinion. No hassle, no questions, just making it right for the customer. I have already made two more buys, and watching for the planer to show up and buy that too. “I have used the tools and they work great! I've had other Ryobi tools and they are a great value. Very competitively priced and very durable. My old drill wouldn't take a charge after nearly 15 years and since it was well worn and a little tired I decided it was time to replace it. The combo kit was just right for my price range. I received the kit and when I opened it I was disappointed to see that I only received one battery. I called customer service and expected to have little luck since a missing battery could sound a little fishy but they agreed to send a replacement to me.
